Form of workDriver Hire Winchester has a fantastic opportunity for Class 2 drivers which hold an ADR qualification to come on board with one of our well-established clients based In Southampton. For this role you will be required to deliver hazardous goods to depots, homes, and campsites.
Important information about this role:
- Long distance driving
- Monday to Sunday
- 42.5 hours per week
- Shift rota in place (4 on 2 off)
- Start times may vary (morning and late afternoon shifts)
- Delivering Class 2 & 3 dangerous goods
- Classroom and onsite training provided (you must already hold a ADR for this)
- Immediate start available
The Ideal candidate will have:
- A Full UK driving licence
- Class 2 (Cat C) licence
- Valid CPC and Digi Tacho card
- In date ADR Card (Class 2 and Class 3 in both tanks and packages)
- Own transport to commute to and from work is essential for this role
- High level of safety awareness
- Happy with some manual handling
- Ensure highest level of customer service at all times
- Happy to work late and evening shifts as well as weekends
