Class 2 HGV Driver

Driver: HGV Class 2
Postcode: NG8 1PT
Temp to Perm: 12 weeks
Pay rate: 14.50ph
40 hours a week
Shifts: 4 ON / 2 OFF

This is a fantastic opportunity to join Gi Group and work as a Class 2 HGV Driver at one of our Clients based in Nottingham.

Driver responsibilities:

• Driving Class 2 vehicles
• Delivering and collecting to and from Hotels
• Caged deliveries [with tail-lift]
• 3 to 5 drops/collections per 8 hour shift
• Completing vehicle checks

Driver required skills:

* A valid full category Class 2/LGV C licence
* A minimum of 1 year driving experience required
* Have good customer service skills
* Must have a current CPC and DIGI Card
* No more than 6 points on your licence for insurance purposes (no DR/DD/BA offences please)
Driver Pay:

• 14.50ph
• Overtime paid at 1.5 x hourly rate on hours over 40

DriverShift:

• 4 days ON / 2 days OFF - Rotation shift pattern
• Must be abe to work weekends [subject to shift rotation]

*You must be able to follow the weekly rotation shift pattern*
