Class 2 HGV Driver

My client based near Godmanchester, Cambridgeshire require a Class 2 (Cat C) HGV driver to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis.

After purchasing a new vehicle and the retirement of another long standing member of staff the company are looking to add a new long term addition to their logistics team.

Duties:

• Pick up and delivery to customers/clients around the UK
• Providing a high level of customer service at all times
• Receiving and checking delivery instructions

Skills & Experience required:

• CPC drivers qualification is essential and Digital Tachograph card)
• Excellent customer service skills and presentation
• Good knowledge of UK road system

Types of vehicles:

Class 2 HGV/Cat C (all palletised, no tail lift)

Hours of work:

50 hours per week (on average)
