We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Class 2 HGV Driver to join our dynamic team in the buzzing hub of Blythe Bridge Depot.
As a Class 2 HGV Driver, you will be the cornerstone of our first-rate customer service. You'll undertake multi-drop deliveries, ensuring wood-based panel products are distributed across the country. Responsibilities include curtain pulling, securing loads, manual handling, checking paperwork, and engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner. Your role ensures our products reach their destinations safely and on time, making you a vital part of our team.
Hours of Work: Enjoy a work-life balance with an average of 48 hours per week. Monday to Friday schedule - No evenings or weekends.
Class 2 HGV Driver Requirements:
- Valid Class 2 licence with no previous disqualifications.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant driving experience with 26-tonne vehicles.
- Full CPC qualification.
- Physical fitness for manual handling tasks.
- Advantageous: Previous experience with multi-drop deliveries.
- Excellent communication skills.
