Flourish Education are working with a primary school based in Lozells, Birmingham who are seeking a Year 5 Teacher for their supportive 2-form entry Primary School. This school is part of a great academy group which boasts significant potential to support and boost your teaching career.

The school can support ECT Years and is welcoming applications from both ECTS and experienced teachers.

Working as a Class Teacher at this Primary School you will have full class teaching responsibilities and you will be expected but not limited to plan and deliver creative and engaging lessons, working alongside the Teaching Assistant, safeguarding all students, marking student’s work in line with the school policy, attend staff meetings, take part in the playground duty rota and create a positive learning environment.

This Class Teacher role is due to start in September 2024, although could be earlier for the right candidate and is full-time hours.

Required skills and experience for this Class Teacher role:

• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
• Confident leading a classroom of children.
• Strong behaviour and classroom management
• To be able to work effectively with the Teaching Assistant
