We are currently partnering with local primary schools in the Bournemouth area to find Primary Class Teachers ready to join their teams in September and make a positive impact in their school communities. These schools are mainstream primary, however there will be pupils with SEN in each class who require additional provision and support. Any experience working with SEN or SEMH would be beneficial, but not essential.

Qualifications:

• Teaching Certification (QTS /PGCE)
• Strong knowledge of primary school curriculum and teaching strategies
• Previous experience of working in a primary school (this could include placements at university)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience, adaptability, and a genuine passion for teaching
• Ability to create engaging and inclusive lesson plans, including effective differentiation

Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver creative and engaging lessons that cater to diverse learning styles
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration
• Implement effective behaviour management strategies
• Assess and track pupil progress, providing constructive feedback to students and parents
• Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student development and well-being
