We are recruiting for a Classroom Assistant for a Primary School in Birkenhead to work on a long-term basis starting asap!

Your role & responsibilities:
Promote inclusion and acceptance of all students
Supporting pupils on a 1-1 basis
Support pupils consistently whilst responding to their individual needs
Work with the teacher in lesson planning, evaluating and adjusting lessons/work plans as appropriate
Non-negotiables:
Must have recent and relevant experience in an education setting
Must possess good numeracy and literacy skills
Must have the ability to work under the guidance of a classroom teacher if necessary
Must be resilient
Must have experience working with children
