Assisting teachers in preparing materials and resources for lessons. Providing one-on-one or small group support to students who may require extra assistance. Promoting a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere. Helping with classroom management and behaviour support. Collaborating with teachers to implement individualized education plans (IEPs) when needed. Being a positive role model and mentor to students. What is required to become a Classroom Support Assistant? Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help students succeed. Ability to work well in a team and adapt to different learning styles.
