We are seeking a highly motivated Classroom Teacher to join a fantastic primary school. This role is an excellent opportunity for both Early Career Teachers (ECTs) and experienced educators who have the ability to work across various key stages and possess strong behaviour management skills.

Day-to-day of the role:

Delivering engaging lessons across different key stages, tailored to the diverse needs of pupils.
Planning, preparing, and assessing lessons in line with the national curriculum.
Implementing effective behaviour management strategies to foster a positive learning environment.
Collaborating with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the school community.
Providing ongoing support and feedback to students to aid their development.
Participating in school events and activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Ability to work flexibly across various key stages.
Strong behaviour management skills.
A commitment to professional development and continuous learning.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
A supportive and nurturing approach to teaching.
