LEADING SCHOOL!

SANZA is supporting a vibrant school in Barnet that is currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Class Teacher to join their team in September 2023. This free form school provides an excellent education from Nursery through to Year 6, and while it is rooted in Christian values, it embraces diversity and welcomes individuals from all backgrounds.

At our school, we strive to motivate our pupils to be ambitious and empower them to realize their full potential in life. As an all-through school, we offer a unique environment that presents numerous opportunities for our students, parents, and staff. Our educational philosophy emphasizes high expectations and unwavering pastoral care, ensuring that each child receives the support they need to thrive.

Key benefits and features of the role:

  • Collaborative Environment: Our primary and secondary phases work closely together, promoting collaboration between staff and creating a curriculum continuum that benefits all students. This collaborative approach enables our primary children to access specialist teachers, resources, and facilities from our secondary phase, while our secondary pupils have the chance to develop mentoring and leadership skills by supporting younger children.

  • Excellent Facilities: Our school boasts state-of-the-art facilities, providing an enriching and engaging learning environment for both students and staff. From well-equipped classrooms to specialist subject areas, we offer the resources necessary for effective teaching and learning.

  • Ethos and Community: Our school is built on a strong ethos of inclusivity, respect, and support. We prioritize creating a nurturing and welcoming atmosphere for both our students and staff. As part of our school community, you will be able to contribute to our shared values and witness the positive impact we make on the lives of our pupils.

  • Professional Development: We are committed to the growth and development of our staff. As a Class Teacher, you will have access to ongoing professional development opportunities, including training sessions, workshops, and collaborative learning experiences. We believe in investing in our staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.

  • School Visits: Interested candidates will have the opportunity to visit our school and gain insight into our vibrant learning environment. These visits will provide you with a firsthand experience of our school's ethos and teaching practices.

To apply for this position, please submit your CV and a cover letter explaining your suitability for the role to the email address provided. We are looking for a dedicated individual who is passionate about education and committed to supporting our students in their academic and personal growth.
