Clean and Clear Operative

Build Recruitment are looking for a CLEAN AND CLEAR OPERATIVE / Labourer based in Blackpool

GBP14.75ph

You will be responsible for the cleaning and Clearing of empty properties (voids) including the outside of the property and loft spaces of all furniture, white goods, carpets and general waste.

What you'll be doing

- You will assist with the removal of household goods and personal effects following a customer's tenancy coming to an end.

- You will maintain a high standard off cleanliness with in the homes you are responsible for; making sure it meets health & safety requirements and is left in a suitable state for trade operatives to work in.

- You will often need to change locks & fit key safes' making sure the home is secure

- You will need to also clear & tidy the gardens and outsides of the homes e.g. strimming, cutting grass, hedge cutting, removing rubble, filling ponds & levelling soil

- You will remove any items left within the home and make sure that they are disposed of correctly following health and safety guidance

REQUIREMENTS -

- Full UK Driving License (ESSENTIAL)

- Previous experience

- Physically fit
