SalaryOur client runs an exclusive and boutique fitness club operation based in Mayfair. Customer service and impeccable standard of club facilities are at the heart of what they do and they are current looking to recruit a full time Cleaner/Facilities Assistant to join their team.
The Role:
As a Cleaner at the Club, you will be an essential part of our team, ensuring our clients facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Your attention to detail and commitment to providing a welcoming environment will contribute significantly to the positive experience of members and guests.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine cleaning tasks based on a daily, weekly, and monthly schedule, including but not limited to dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and trash removal.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in all areas, including common rooms, meeting spaces, restrooms, and kitchen areas.
- Replenish supplies in restrooms and common areas as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the management team immediately.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are used and stored properly.
- Adhere to health and safety standards at all times.
- Provide a high level of customer service, maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor with club members and guests.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a cleaning role preferred, but not essential.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in providing a clean and welcoming environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends, if required.
