Here at UltraFlex York we want to put cleanliness at the forefront of the business. This is why we are looking for an experienced commercial cleaner, or even someone with little experience who is willing to put in that graft and are hard working and pro-active in their duties.

The successful candidate will be required to work mostly on their own either in the very early hours of the morning before the gym opens or late in the evening when shut, and be comfortable in managing their time to achieve all the tasks set in those timeframes.
Ideally we would like someone to work 5 x 3 hour shifts but for the right person with the right skillset there are compromises to be made.
Duties:
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies
- Empty trash and replace garbage bags
- Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces
- Maintain cleanliness in common areas such as hallways and lobbies
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Report any maintenance or repair issues to the supervisor
- Adhere to health and safety regulations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial work is preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
- Good physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks
- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely completion of assigned duties
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Effective communication skills to interact with colleagues and supervisors
