As a Cleaning Facilities Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring that ISS deliver safe compliant cleaning services on time whilst providing a leading customer experience to a high-profile site and VIPs. Strong attention to detail, while maintaining excellent working relationships with ISS building users, customers, ISS Operations Performance and support teams is an integral part of this role.

The Role

• Cleaning and servicing of kitchens, and consumables replenishment across site.
• Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping of floors will be required across different floor types.
• Daily check and cleaning of meeting rooms in conjunction and collaboration with the BEC and Workplace Service teams.
• Spot clean of carpets and removal of chewing gum and stains within all buildings as required.
• Wipe clean/ wash walls, woodwork, windows, mirrors, fixtures, and all upright surfaces as part of a schedule of works.
• The emptying and cleaning of bins and removal of waste to designated areas. This includes the separation of waste, i.e., recycling.
• The cleaning of internal glass and internal and external meeting room door glass and windows.
• A high level of cleanliness is maintained throughout daily.
• Ensure standards and procedures are adhered to.
• Use cleaning materials appropriately, as instructed and economically; to inform manager when stocks are low.
