Salary range: £23,500 - £24,294 pro-rata, per annum (actual salary £12,701 - £13,130 per annum)

Work location: Aspen House, Aston

Hours per week: 20 - we are open to discussions about flexible working

Contract type: Permanent

Vetting requirements: This role is subject to a criminal records check

We are looking for a Housekeeper to work in Aspen house on a Permanent basis, starting as soon as possible.


About us


An Assessment Centre provides temporary accommodation for children and young adults in a home-style environment. You will have daily contact with children and staff. The purpose of the role is to provide daily general cleaning, laundry, and housekeeping tasks. The centres comprise living accommodation for both staff and children including a large family kitchen and multiple bedrooms with en-suite facilities. There is also a large living room, games room, Art room and staff office.


Oxfordshire County Council have a strong and dedicated cleaning team County Wide, covering a diverse and interesting range of premises. Our area Management team will offer you full support and guidance throughout your employment.


About the role


We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed Housekeeper to carry out cleaning and housekeeping tasks- schedule will be provided.


A suggested work pattern is from 9am to 1pm (Mon-Fri) but this will be discussed at interview.
