Responsibilities will include:
CUSTOMER SERVICE
- Regularly meeting and talking to clients to ensure that we are meeting their needs
- Building relationships with current contacts and other staff members on every site
- Being visible and responsive in times of need
- Speaking appropriately to clients and site visitors at all times.
- Communicating clearly and accurately at all times
SITE MANAGMENT
- Monthly Cleaning Audits on all client sites to be completed whilst delivering stock
- Any areas of non-conformance to be communicated to the cleaners and followed up a minimum of one week later. And site placed under weekly / fortnightly monitoring until standards are improved
- Any persistent cleaning issues to be communicated and raised with Operations Manager for further support
- Delivery of stock at all client sites (one visit per month) - assisted by stock manager
- Conducting cleaning cupboard audits and informing Ops Manager of any safety concerns
STAFF MANAGEMENT
- Reviewing holiday request forms and booking on CRM
- Ensuring cover has been arranged for holidays booked - 1 month in advance
- Monitoring hours worked by cleaners on each site
- Monitoring sickness absences and reporting on the CRM
- Conducting return to work interviews after every absence
- Covering for cleaners when absent - sometimes at short notice
- Regular One to Ones with all Cleaners
- Monitoring the Training and Development needs with Cleaners
- Conducting interviews with cleaners and team leaders
- Disciplinaries with Cleaners and Team Leaders (verbal ONLY)
- Regularly communicating with Operations Manager
CANDIDATE SPECIFICATION
We are looking for someone who can effectively manage people, with excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Someone who is comfortable with the use of technology and can respond in times of need.
The successful candidate will have high energy and a positive outlook with critical thinking ability being essential.
