We have a fantastic opportunity for a Assistant Site Manager to join our team in Portsmouth. As Assistant Site Manageryou will be based on one large site. Supporting the onsite Site Manager, you will ensure all contract cleaning standards required by the client are achieved across 40 buildings with a team of 140. This is an ideal position for someone who is looking for a role with development and continuous progression, to move forward within the business.
As Assistant Site Manager, you’ll be:
· Ability to support the management of delivering cleaning services across a large site with multiple buildings.
· Maintaining strong client relationships and high levels of satisfaction.
- Excellent people management skills and love managing and leading a team.
- Ability to report on all KPI’s and conduct audits and risk assessments to ensure all Health & Safety requirements and legislation are adhered to.
- You’re able to see opportunities for continuous improvement, cost savings and account growth
As Assistant Site Manager, you’ll have:
- Strong communication and excellent people management skills.
- Experienced within cleaning management or supervisory role advantage, but happy to train.
- Able to demonstrate organisation and time management skills.
- IT literate including Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- The ability to plan and prioritise workload to ensure objectives are achieved within timeframes.
- The ability to identify problems and make decisions, taking appropriate action to resolve.
