Cleaning Clearance Operative

Hyde is looking to recruit a Cleaning Clearance Operative.

As a Cleaning Operative at Hyde you will be working within Property Maintenance, enhancing the standard of the voids by ensuring that cleaning is delivered to a high standard in accordance with Health and Safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Thorough cleaning of houses which have not been lived in for a while and end of tenancy cleans.inc, carpet cleaning environmental cleans and exceptionally dirty cleans.
• Houses inc. Basement and loft: clear out socially and environmentally dirty dwelling. Remove all rubbish, furniture, carpets and all non-approved fittings
• Garden: Cut grass, clear away all litter and rubbish.
• Garage/Shed: dismantle as required, clear out, and remove all contents.

Skills and experience required

• Good attention to details
• Good customer service
• Due to the nature of the work, you must have physical endurance.
• You must have a valid UK driving licence for this role
