Cleaning Manager

We seek a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning Manager to join our team. The work hours are from 9 am - 5 pm, but can sometimes vary depending on the day, 5 days a week from Monday to Saturday. As a Cleaning Manager, you will deliver high-quality cleaning in empty properties and our clients' homes/offices.

Applicants will need to be committed, hard-working, mature and highly reliable. You will also need to live in the London area.

Responsibilities

• Provide great levels of customer service and deliver outstanding results.
• Occasionally perform general cleaning tasks, such as checking and supporting the team cleaning within our End of Tenancy Cleaning properties/offices.
• Follow established guidelines and checklists to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Great timekeeper
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Able to manage time effectively.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Knowledge of cleaning products and their safe usage is preferred.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks, such as using/lifting heavy machinery and moving furniture, is a daily part of this role.
• Good client-facing communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanour.
• Respect for privacy and confidentiality of clients' homes/businesses.
• Happy to have a criminal records check (DBS) if required.

Schedule:

• Monday to Saturday flexible start time
• 2 days off

Licence/Certification:

• A full and clean driving licence is required, and you must be able to drive manual/ automatic.

Work Location: On the road from one site to another within the London Area.

Purpose of the Job

To plan, organise and manage the delivery of all services within the cleaning operational business area.

Ensure that the service standards detailed in the service level agreement, KPIs, and within the schedules of the contractual terms and conditions are achieved, maintained, and developed for assigned operational business areas.

To contribute to the growth of all services to meet client and commercial expectations whilst maintaining strict budgetary control within operational business areas in line with client

To manage all aspects of the performance of an assigned group of direct cleaning operatives.
