We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team at a HMP Huntercombe a Category C male prison.

We are a five-year-old Ministry of Justice business and provide critical and time-bound services to HMPPS, and are looking for a Cleaning Operative with any combination of:

• Can proactively undertake various cleaning activities, including using chemicals and equipment such as floor polishers and vacuum cleaners etc
• Understand the importance of, and can adhere to health and safety legislation and policies and procedures to provide a safe and appropriate service to the prison environment
• Are able to remain calm under pressure and work in an environment which requires a methodical approach and ability to work to deadlines
• Can ensure the shared areas of the site such as the offices, visitor centre and main wings are kept clean, clear, and sanitised.
• Good Health & Safety knowledge.
• Excellent organisational, time management and people skills.
