We are recruiting for a Cleaning Site Manager at Manchester International Festival, Manchester, M3 2JA
Shift Hours: 40 hrs per, flexibility required
Pay rate: GBP14.50 per hour,
Company phone, laptop and iPad provided
Duties and Responsibilities:
- To be responsible for the service delivery of all cleaning and associated services.
- To effectively manage the structure on site to ensure delivery of KPI's & SLA's.
- To manage all recruitment to ensure appropriate staffing levels at all times.
- Management of HR process to include absence management, holiday's and performance.
- To proactively manage the service delivery and identify opportunities for growth.
- Develop and maintain a positive relationship with the client.
- Attend all site meeting as required and provide appropriate information to the Regional Manager.
- To complete and submit accurate payroll.
- To ensure inspections and quality audit procedures are completed to a high standard and on time each month.
- To ensure the health & safety policy is implemented and adhered to.
- To ensure all company policies and procedures are implemented, adhered to and communicated to all site operatives.
- To continually monitor and highlight the training needs for all cleaning operatives and arrange training when appropriate.
- To accurately manage the stock levels of cleaning equipment, materials and consumables.

- Organised with a sharp attention to detail.
- Strong leadership skills, via coaching, mentoring and delegation.
- Maintain consistency under pressure.
- Ability to manage a 24/7/365 operation and flexibility to manage all associated shift patterns.
- Computer literacy.
