We are currently recruiting for a Cleaning Supervisor to be a part of our integral team at Coca Cola, Lisburn, BT28 2SZ

What you'll be doing

⦁ Complete daily cleaning schedule
⦁ Spot check on cleaning standards throughout the site
⦁ Supervising the cleaning team
⦁ Stock ordering and stock taking
⦁ Ensure work rota is up to date and correct hours are allocated to tasks.
⦁ Assists with the management of employee attendance and timekeeping.
⦁ Provide training to team in relation to expected standards and quality of general cleaning, and Health and Safety requirements, particularly regarding the operation of equipment, manual handling and COSHH.

⦁ Recruitment processes supported by unit management, induct and train new staff.
⦁ Maintain supplies of cleaning materials and equipment, keeping check of what will be required and placing orders to maintain stock levels and complete stock takes.
⦁ Liaise with the Work services department reporting any defects in a timely manner.
⦁ Assist positively and quickly in response to customer requests.

Experience

• Previous cleaning experience.
• A confident leader
• A customer focused can-do attitude.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £13.00 per hour
