About the role:
As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day cleaning operations, managing a team of cleaners, and ensuring that all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a passion for maintaining clean and orderly environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff, including scheduling and assigning tasks.
- Train new cleaning team members on company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure that cleaning standards are met and maintained.
- Order and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment inventory.
- Address and resolve any issues or complaints from clients in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement cleaning protocols and best practices.
- Monitor and enforce safety protocols to create a secure working environment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Cleaning Supervisor or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures and best practices.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve high performance.
- Good communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients.
- Knowledge of safety guidelines and the ability to enforce them.
