Mobile Cleaning Supervisor - Covering Reading/Sussex/Thames Valley - Temporary Contract
Contract Type: Temporary (Full Time)
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Location: Reading, Thames Valley, and Surrounding Areas
Hourly Rate: £12.50 per hour
Start Date: ASAP
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate cleaning teams across various sites in Reading, Thames Valley, and surrounding areas.
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to the highest standards and within the specified time frames.
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks to maintain service excellence.
- Train and support cleaning staff, ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Manage cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained.
- Liaise with clients to address any concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- A valid basic DBS (essential)
- A full driver's license (essential)
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the cleaning industry (essential)
- Flexibility to travel across different locations within the region.
- Experience of industry/public cleaning services (essential)
- Previous experience of supervising a cleaning team in multiple locations (essential)
- COSHH Knowledge (desirable)
- Able to instruct others on the use of cleaning materials and equipment
- Have an understanding of basic health and safety principles
- Able to motivate a cleaning team to attain a consistent specified standard of cleaning
- Able to organise cleaning staff to meet work schedules
- Good communication and customer care skills
- Work as a team player and pass on knowledge to others
