Cleaning Team Leader

What you’ll do:     

To provide a daily cleaning service of the highest standard possible to the client.

To report to the line manager any staff absences/lateness.
To carry out regular audits, to include checking of equipment and cleaning cupboards site wide – complete SMS checks.
Service, replenish stocks, clean, and maintain all customer serviced areas to the Sodexo required standards set out through training, ensuring customer requirements are met and their needs are always anticipated.
Collect, segregate, and maintain all waste collection ensuring that all internal bins are always kept in good order.
Manage the collection and disposal of confidential waste to the designated containers.
As and when required assist with other tasks within your capabilities and training to maintain and improve services within the premises.
Support Logistics team as required including Fork Lift Truck activities
Represent and promote the Company wherever possible.
Attend training sessions and meetings as and when required actively participating

What you bring: 

Relevant experience in a customer facing role
Cleaning experience, in various environments
Good interpersonal skills
People Management/Leadership experience or aspirations
Flexibility within the contracted hours
Strong team player and a ‘can do’ attitude
Experienced within customer services or a customer facing environment
