SalaryCleaning technician to be part of a growing team.
The role entails carrying out kitchen cleans that includes extraction systems, high level, general and appliances. It will also involve delivering and installing kitchen equipment in our customers’ homes and premises. As the front line of our delivery and after care function you will offer excellent customer service and high levels of support.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
• Cleaning of kitchen equipment.
• Delivery of kitchen appliances to customers’ homes and premises.
• Support installation of kitchen appliances.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, delivering high standards of customer service.
• Coordinate with Service Manager in order to ensure effective planning, organisation and delivery of service call schedule.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of all required paperwork and reports.
• Adherence to health and safety practices and procedures.
