Clear & Clean Labourer

Our client, who is a local housing provider, is seeking a labourer to become an integral part of their clear and clean team.

Duties:-

• Clearing empty properties and restoring to a liveable condition
• Mould washes, wallpaper stripping, applying mould treatment
• Painting and general floor polishing etc.
• Ensuring all work orders are completed and minimise follow on work
• Prioritise workloads daily to deliver an excellent customer service
• Completing jobs right first time
• Ensuring safe working practices in line with current Health & Safety policy & procedures

Essential Criteria:-

• NVQ in Painting & Decorating would be beneficial
• Full driving licence would be beneficial
• Experience of working in a customer focussed environment
• Good Health & Safety knowledge in the workplace
• Willingness to carry out multiskilling in other trades

Desirable Criteria:-

• Social housing experience
• Working in a property maintenance environment

Salary: 12.13 per hour

Hours: Monday-Friday 37.5 hrs per week
