Job Description
You will undertake general clerical duties for Dungannon depot with specific emphasis on monitoring driver pay-ins and the collation of monies for lodgement.
Essential Criteria
• Minimum of 3 GCSEs at Grade C or above, or equivalent, including English and Maths or, alternatively, be able to demonstrate at least 2 years’ relevant experience in a similar post.
• At least 6 months relevant clerical experience.
• Experience of handling cash transactions including lodgements.
• Experience in a customer facing role to include dealing with customer enquiries.
• Experience of working with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Willingness to work shift patterns and additional hours when required.
Desirable Criteria
• At least 2 years’ experience in a customer facing role to include dealing with customer enquiries.
• Experience of financial IT systems for sales/receipt purposes.
