Clerk of Works job working for an established consultancy in the Berkshire region. Due to growth, our client is looking for a Clerk of Works with experience in residential housing projects. Offering a salary of up to £49,000 + Company Car.
Our client is an established consultancy who provide services for more than 5,000 active clients across the UK and beyond. They are now looking to add to their ever-growing team of Clerk of Works to work on residential social housing projects in the Berkshire region.
Role & Responsibilities
- Carry out Clerk of Works services on a range of projects
- Manage multiple projects at once
- Provide an exceptional level of service to all clients and colleagues, and offer advice as and when required
- Work independently and take responsibility for the successful delivery of service on specific projects.
Required Skills & Experience
- ICWCI/MICWCI is preferred
- Experience with residential projects is essential
- Possess a wide understanding of the building industry
- Proficient in IT use, and specific software’s
- Full UK driving license is essential.
