Clerk Of Works / Retrofit Surveyor

We are delighted to be partnering with one of the UK's largest and most forward thinking Housing Associations in their search for a Clerk of Works / Surveyor to support a large scale programme of retrofit works being delivered across the Yorkshire Region.

The successful candidate will report to the Programme Manager and:

• Lead as COW, overseeing retrofit projects including EWI, Internal Insulation, Doors, Windows etc.
• Attend regular site visits and meetings to ensure compliance and regulatory standards
• Work with internal stakeholders, producing reports and updates.

Previous experience:

• Demonstrable experience within a Clerk of Works position
• A strong understanding of retrofit / fabric first initiatives and solutions
• Up to date knowledge of building legislation, CDM and maintenance management best practice

The position is 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with travel time included (less first 30 minutes) within working hours.
