SalaryJuice are delighted to be working with a well-known trust within Gloucester in their search for an Executive Assistant.
If you are an experienced EA looking for part-time/flexible hours, this is the ideal role for you!
Hours can be negotiated if you want either more or less.
Day to day:
- Providing administrative assistance to the CEO and other senior members of the trust
- Act as the point of call for all stakeholders wishing to raise issues with the board
- Ensure appropriate communications between stakeholders and layers of the trust
- Take notes recording all decisions accurately
- Draft minutes of meeting
- Diary management
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion regarding sensitive information
- Other EA responsibilities
We love to see:
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant
- Someone who is flexible and adaptable
- Level 3 or above in relevant qualification such as Business Management/Administration
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly organised and works well independently
- Experience working with confidential information
- Excellent computer literacy
