Salary- Position: Client Account Manager
- Salary: £30,000 to £40,000 plus annual bonus
- Location: Brighton - office based and visiting clients across the UK
- Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm
- Progression, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, regular social events, modern office in central Brighton
We are looking for an experienced Account Manager from a background in SaaS, technology, software companies or similar. As an Account Manager you will work in client services / service delivery to manage client relationships with priority accounts from over 400 customers that span 40 different sectors including well-known brands.
As the Account Manager you will:
- Develop and maintain customer relationships, improving customer usage and maximising revenue by ensuring the Customer has the right tools and training
- Upsell functionality, consultancy services and upgrade packages throughout your Client Accounts
- Ensure Customer compliance with agreements and manage / transition customers onto new agreements
- Make and attend appointments with decision makers
- Deliver demos and identify areas customers can improve usage
- Complete weekly and monthly reports and forecasts
You'll need to have strong experience in B2B Client Account management from a SaaS, technology or similar sector and be an excellent relationship builder with proven ability to upsell and maximise Client Accounts. Ideally you'll have a UK driving licence for attending regular meetings with your key accounts.
