ResponsibilitiesIn the role of Client Account Manager, you will report directly to the Senior Account Manager. Your key responsibilities will involve managing multiple Client Accounts, primarily focusing on the public sector. However, you will also be instrumental in driving initiatives to explore and open new opportunities within the private sector.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Serving as the main point of contact for all client concerns and needs;
- Build and maintain a robust 12-month sales pipeline in both public and private sectors, aiming to succeed annual sales targets;
- Retaining clients and nurturing strong, trusting relationships;
- Developing and implementing strategic plans to manage and grow accounts;
- Identifying opportunities for improvement and proposing new tools and processes
Objectives of this Role:
- Upselling and cross-selling to existing clients based on identified needs;
- Developing leads and successfully selling to new clients and sectors;
- Understand client needs and identify new business opportunities;
- Providing superior customer service to ensure client satisfaction;
- Collaborating with internal teams to deliver solutions and support the 'new sales' team in reaching group targets;
- Work with sales and other internal teams to develop strategic plans and ensure individual financial and non-financials KPIs are being met;
- Representing the business at network events, conferences, and external events to expand the client base and explore new sectors
Requirements:
- Minimum of three years' experience in business development, sales and account management;
- Minimum of three years' experience in selling and account management in the public sector;
- Strong client relationship skills;
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills;
- Minimum of three years' experience using customer relationship management software Salesforce at an advanced level
- Highly organised, solution-oriented, and detail-oriented;
- Ability to prioritise and work efficiently under pressure;
