CLIENT ACCOUNTS MANAGER

£40,000 DOE
My Client, a growing new Estate Agency in Kensington is seeking an experienced Client Accountant to join their quickly growing company and team and take up the important role of Client Account Manager.
 
The role forms a vital part of the team, working closely with the Property Management and Lettings teams. delivering on time and with a high degree of accuracy whilst supporting the company’s vision and values.
 
The core responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Client Relationship Management: Building and nurturing strong relationships
• Client Communication: Acting as the main liaison between the property management company and the clients,
• Property Performance Analysis: Providing clients with periodic reports on the financial performance of their properties.
• Rent and Financial Management: Overseeing the collection of rents, processing financial transactions.
• Issue Resolution: Addressing client concerns, complaints, and property-related issues promptly.
• Tenant Relations Support: Assisting in maintaining positive tenant relations + handling tenant enquiries.
• Client Retention and Expansion: Identifying opportunities to grow the business relationship with existing clients, such as offering additional services or managing additional properties in their portfolio.
• Portfolio Performance Review: Collaborating with property managers and other departments to review portfolio performance.
• Compliance and Legal Matters: Ensuring that the management of properties complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Client Onboarding and Offboarding: Facilitating the onboarding process for new clients and assisting with the offboarding process when a client decides to end the management agreement.

The Successful Applicant:

• Excellent eye for attention to detail and accuracy.
• Problem solver with the ability to take ownership and resolve issues both internally and externally.
• Possess strong communication skills.
• Minimum 3 years of property sector Client Accounting experience
• Strong team player
• Able to work in a fast paced environment.
