Client Advisor - Debt, Housing, Employment
Location: Leyland office (flexible within geographical area of benefit)
Salary: £26,500 for 37 hours

They are looking for helpful Client Advisors, based at the Leyland office and will generally support the service by answering advice calls, assisting with face-to -ace client advice, email enquiries or webchat as directed.
You will be trained to supervisory level to enable you to provide cover when supervisory staff are on leave at other offices. This provides continuity to support volunteer staff at local offices who help us to deliver the service to clients.
You will also be expected to share in quality checking with other supervisors and delivering feedback and support to volunteers as required. This role will report directly to the Advice Managers and will support the generalist service, projects and reports production as necessary. You must be willing to do extensive training to undertake generalist advice and continue to develop in line with service requirements. Supervisory people management skills are essential alongside ability to use IT and various programmes.
The salary is £26,500 for 37 hours and the role is based in Leyland. The offices which require supervisory cover, for approximately 6 weeks of the year, are Chorley, Skelmersdale and Fleetwood. The cover is shared between 3 people so they should do no more than 6 weeks each.
