As part of the close-knit and friendly Client Care team, your responsibilities will include:
- Engaging with incoming callers to gather and verify client information.
- Collaborating with medical and rehabilitation partners to progress cases.
- Providing regular updates to clients regarding significant milestones and arranging appointments.
- Communicating with witnesses and other parties.
- Demonstrating strong organisational skills to effectively manage and prioritise your caseload.
- Identifying and addressing potentially invalid claims.
- Establishing and nurturing relationships with internal and external partners.
- Demonstrating exceptional customer service skills in an empathetic way, as some clients will be going through personally challenging times.
- Confidently expressing yourself both verbally and in writing.
- The salary package starts at £25,000 per annum.
