Client Care Coordinator

We are proud to handling the recruitment of a Supporter Care Coordinator for a leading disability charity, sitting within their supporter experience team. Your role will be to ensure every supporter has a positive experience when they interact with the charity.

You will do this by sensitively handling all incoming and outgoing communications of the charity, including mail, email and phone calls. You will process postal and telephone donations, with the necessary thanking and follow-up procedures followed. You will manage cancellation requests efficiently and treat every phone call with high importance.

To be an excellent Supporter Care Coordinator you will need:

•Experience of providing excellent customer service to supporters or customers on the telephone, by email and in writing

•Experience of handling complex queries and complaints, sometimes from vulnerable individuals

•Experience of working in a fast-paced customer or supporter care function of a fundraising team

•Knowledge of and experience using CRM databases such as D365 or Salesforce

Salary: £23,000-£26,000

Contract: Temporary to permanent
