A well established and prestigious Global Coaching Firm who are based in stunning offices a stone’s throw from Harrods, is currently seeking a Clients Operations Manager to join their close knit, social and super dynamic team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who loves to make a role their own, seeing a project through from start to fruition, managing the full contract process. Supporting in multiple countries across a diverse range of clients and sectors, this is a stand-alone role where you work with circa 60 Coaches to ensure the smooth running of Client Contracts, enabling for great relationships to flourish.
To be successful for this role, they are requiring someone who has exposure of managing contracts, understanding legalities, data protection and costings, so strong numeracy, attention to detail and communication skills are vital!
Remit will include:
- Creating and sending agreements to clients and ensuring they are signed and returned before work begins
- Responding and negotiating with any comments
- Reading, negotiating and returning NDAs, master agreements, terms of business, contract renewals or any other contractual issues with clients
- Dealing with vendor set-up and client due diligence requests
- Completing any RFPs or Tenders
- Being the main point of contact for any client requests
- Creating and sending proposals, making sure the content and pricing is optimised
- Following up on any outstanding/overdue quotes, proposals, POs etc.
- Supporting the start of the client ‘lifecycle’, including coordination of client briefings, introductory chemistry meetings and follow up for coach selection
- Maintaining internal client and contract databases
- Working with the Operations Director to ensure all policies, procedures, professional codes of conduct, memberships, insurance renewals and cyber security certificates are up to date
- Keeping the Accounts Department updated on any invoicing or payment terms changes
- Daily tracking and reporting (Strong Excel is a MUST!)
- All accompanying administration/support where required
