Job Title: Client Coordinator
Are you a passionate and organised professional looking for a rewarding opportunity in client coordination? Our client is seeking an experienced individual to join their team as a Client Coordinator. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring exceptional service delivery to their clients.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the main point of contact for their clients, building strong and long-lasting relationships.Coordinate and manage client requests, ensuring they are handled promptly and efficiently.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all client requirements are met and exceeded.Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including client records and progress reports.Monitor client satisfaction levels and address any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.Proactively identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling our services to existing clients.Keep up-to-date with industry trends and stay informed on our services, providing clients with advice and guidance when appropriate.Contribute to the development of effective strategies for client retention and expansion.Requirements:
