Your Mission
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join us as a Sales Executive in the Ellesmere Port area. This role is all about opening doors - reaching out to prospective customers to generate and nurture sales leads. You'll be rewarded well with variable sales commission based on your success.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Identify groups of potential customers
- Make calls and send emails engaging potential customers and introducing HRGO Recruitment's services
- Follow up with customers to turn the lead from cold to warm
- Booking meetings for attendance by the sales team
- Playing an active role in the sales team - sharing success and failures
- Tracking your progress and feeding back on customer viewpoints

In addition to your salary, you'll be eligible to earn under a sales commission scheme.
