The Opportunity

Working closely with a highly experienced team, you will take responsibility for the development of part of the Technology market for Hays Belfast. This opportunity is one that has great potential; developing key stakeholder relationships with Technology professionals to secure and deliver exceptional recruitment services.

As the Client Engagement Manager you will be responsible for developing existing relationships to maximise opportunity across our Technology offering, in addition to identifying and developing relationships and securing opportunities with new users in the local area.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven track record of client development and engagement
• Commercial, innovative, and ambitious; you will have the ability to demonstrate the ability and track-record in delivering contract, contingent and campaign-based solutions
• Passion to succeed and be part of a fast-paced inclusive environment
• People focused with a sales-driven mentality
• Relationship focused with the confidence to build strong networks internally and externally as a leadership partner
• Collaborative in spirit with a growth mindset to develop a long-lasting career
• Team focused and positive in outlook, you will enjoy hitting both personal and team targets
• Knowledge of the Education sector would be ideal but not essential

The Team

You will join a high-performing team that has seen exceptional growth and achievement of sales target over recent years and has a competitive but truly collaborative culture. You will be supported by a dedicated and experienced Manager in addition to a Director and Regional Specialist that will be able to not only support you but provide expert knowledge across the education sector to maximise your success.
