Role
To meet and exceed performance targets as set by the Service and Retention Manager (Students' Unions) for the effective management of existing Students' Union partners. To provide advice and model comprehensive and suitable insurance packages for their requirements. To deliver quality leads to other parts of Endsleigh.
Key accountabilities will include:
- Responsible for managing, developing and renewing a portfolio of medium to high value accounts with our existing partners to support increased growth and income.
- Responsible for arranging any new products or covers as required.
- Income ownership up to agreed value.
- Ensure ongoing contact with our existing partners to maintain strong relationships, through day to day guidance on queries and adjustments, as well as annual review meetings.
- Supporting with conferences as required.
- Travel to partner meetings.
- The Client Executive should have excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and strong relationships.

You should exhibit problem solving skills with the creativity to help develop this area of the business.
A successful candidate will also have:
- Sound technical knowledge of commercial insurance.
- Diploma level CII qualification, or working towards.
- Ability to develop relationships face to face and business to business.
- Ability to deliver advice to allow customers to make informed decision.
- High level customer relationship and account management skills.
- Capability to deal with high profile customers/stakeholders (CEOs, Managing Directors, Finance Director and Board level).
- Individual accountability with the ability to spot and identify opportunities and provide solutions.
- Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Target driven Customer focus.
