Job description

Our boutiques are at the core of our business, and our desire is always to provide exceptional Client Experience. We are looking for a Client Experience Host to act as the boutique’s main point of contact for our clients on the shop floor and to support the retail teams with seamless hospitality in boutique.
Responsibilities include greeting and hosting responsibilities for clients.
This role will be instrumental in creating and curating the ultimate luxury experience for our clients during their visit, anticipating client requests and elevating service levels.

WHAT IMPACT CAN YOU CREATE AT CHANEL
CLIENT RELATIONS
  • Work in collaboration with the boutique CRM Executive to ensure the boutique top clients are recognised, appointments prepared, and the correct clients are invited to events.
  • Work in collaboration with client relations team to ensure the smooth execution of client requests and appointment bookings.
  • Manage the team of client hosts (if appropriate) in the day to day running of the queue management and online appointments
  • Be the point of contact for local concierge in The Peninsula and other agreed hotels to prepare and welcome guests for appointments or visits to the boutique.
  • Be the point of contact for personal shopping/private suite services in hotels/ department stores, if applicable.
  • In depth knowledge of boutique policies, procedures, and client services
Hospitality
  • Providing personalised service to clients organising the ultimate hospitality around appointments.
  • Meet clients as they arrive, understanding and anticipating their needs and how to assist them.
  • Working closely with the FAs on knowing their clients and supporting them to execute a successful appointment, coaching them on the finer details that matter.
  • Soft concierge duties – supporting arranging transport, local hospitality reservations, recommendations as appropriate.

  • Knowledge of the area’s restaurants, theatres, and other attractions

  • Ability to handle sensitive matters with efficiency and discretion
  • Knowledge of etiquette
