What we are looking for:
A friendly but confident team player who can mentor and support younger team members as well as managing the requirements of strong, confident client communications
A qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA accountant with at least 3 years experience & preferably within a practice environment
Ability to work with a varied and interesting portfolio of clients from an array of sectors with a focus on SMEs and OMBs, providing accounts and tax services.
To manage bookkeeping team & offshore staff workloads in order to meet your own client deadlines, whilst co-ordinating with the other Client Manager to ensure there is no clash or overload of other team members duties
Attending client sites on an as needed basis
FRS102, Corporation & Personal Tax experience needed
Other key requirements - Advanced Excel, Bookkeeping packages such as Xero, Payroll, VAT & MTD knowledge
Things to note
This is a part time role of up to 20 hours a week
Client visits locally (& London) & a minimum of 1 day a week on-site will be required at our office in Farnborough, Hampshire
