Your new role
In your new Client Manager role, you willbe responsible for overseeing and reviewing accounts for a whole portfolio ofdiverse clients working in a range of industries, whilst reporting intodirectors alongside your work. Day-to-day duties will also include taking moreof an advisory role helping to implement change whilst taking a lead ontraining the junior and senior staff members within the firm. You will also berequired to develop strong client knowledge and represent the firmprofessionally to build and maintain successful client relationships.
What you'll need to succeed
The firm is seeking a professional clientmanager who possesses a minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience within practice. Additionally, you should have plenty of exposure in training/managing junior and seniorteam members as well as managing your own portfolio. You will be ACA/ACCA or qualified by experience. To succeed inthis role, you will need strong knowledge of accountancy software whilst alsobeing keen to implement and drive change, working closely with directors tobranch out and bring about new ideas.
