Join the Client Onboarding and Documentation team and be responsible for understanding current state client on-boarding processes, while employing design principles to address targeted pain points.
As an Client Onboarding and Documentation - Product Business Analyst - Associate in Operations you will be responsible for the systemic delivery of strategic end state programs, to improve the overall client on-boarding experience. You will translate complex business issues & requests into comprehensible requirements, for functional delivery. You will use system of Customer Due Diligence, the central processing platform for Know Your Customer operations.
Job responsibilities
- Executes projects within the Customer Due Diligence and other applications, utilizing Agile project delivery methodologies
- Uses JIRA to deliver business solutions via the creation of related user EPICS and Stories
- Identifies, assesses, and articulates near-term business needs, advises businesses on options, risks, and costs of technology solutions versus benefits
- Communicates requirements/priorities and project status to key stakeholders; solicits feedback and obtains sign-off on project documentation
- Translates business requirements into value-added, comprehensive solutions that will feed into test plans using appropriate processes, procedures and technology
- Manages the implementation of new functionality through training sessions, demos, that will contribute to training material development
- Manages the monthly delivery cycle for Customer Due Diligence items, including associated daily JIRA hygiene elements of the Customer Due Diligence EPICS/ Stories
- Ensures all appropriate status updates/ standards are applied within JIRA across Book of Work items
- Delivers monthly prioritized product items, including defect resolution
- Ensures blockers are appropriately managed, resolved and escalated, where required
- Provides regular status updates to Product Owner, Product teams and related partners
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experienced Business Analyst working within an Agile Technology/ Product delivery environment, preferable within a transformation group
- Practical application of Agile & Waterfall methods in real-time scenarios
- Deep understanding & practical experience of JIRA, including EPIC creation/ Story writing/ Status management/ Dashboard reporting
- Technology/ Process release management experience essential
- Defect identification/ management/ resolution skills needed for legacy, in-flight & post-release issues identified
- Ability to manage dynamic and detailed delivery schedules, including daily book of work management
- Highly energetic self-starter with a focus on obtaining results
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills; able to present effectively
- Ability to lead and influence varied stakeholder groups & situations, in order to progress initiatives
- Ability to communicate effectively across many levels of the organization, including synthesizing key messages for senior management
- Ability to multi-task, work under tight deadlines, and quickly adjust/ make tactical choices to changing priorities
