We are seeking a proactive Client Onboarding Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating a smooth onboarding process for clients, actively seeking client feedback to enhance system performance and functionality, and ensuring effective system performance in collaboration with management and developers.
Day-to-day of the role:- Liaise with clients to facilitate a smooth onboarding process to the database.
- Actively seek and evaluate client suggestions to enhance performance and functionality.
- Collaborate with management to ensure systems are performing effectively and efficiently.
- Maintain open communication with developers to keep database modifications on schedule.
- Develop and implement systems for onboarding clients, including tracking users, receiving feedback, providing help-desk support, managing user accounts, handling invoicing, and ensuring quality control.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively liaise with clients, management, and developers.
- Experience in Client Onboarding processes and database management.
- Ability to gather and interpret client feedback to improve service delivery.
- Competence in developing systems for user management and quality control.
- Proven track record of managing multiple tasks with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
