Client Operations Executive

Salary per annum £30K - £40K - hybrid working - 2 days a week in the office

Client Operations & Client Success for Managed Learning Services. The client is a global provider of Learning & Development programmes. They are recognised for soft skills training and have won numerous awards. Currently they are expanding the UK Client operations team and are looking to appoint a Client Operations Exec capable of managing a Key Client Contract.

The role will be split across Project management and Service Delivery, ensuring client success. You will have responsibility for planning of training services, participation management, trainer management as well as communication with customers as well as external vendors and partners.

You will already have had experience in project management ideally within a managed learning environment and are looking to take the next step in your career by overseeing a key client contract and its delivery. You have strong written and verbal communication skills and enjoy working in a fast paced and project deadline orientated role.
