As our Client Relations person, you will be connecting as the first point of contact, setting up consultations with the owner/stylists and providing two way ongoing communication throughout their journey Your role will involve building relationships with our clients, and providing exceptional support throughout the wedding planning process. Client Engagement: Proactively engage with clients to appreciate their requirements, preferences, then provide details of the suitability of our services. Through an empathetic approach and effective communications build rapport and trust to establish effective communication and personalised interactions. Ensure each decision step is captured and agreed by both parties.
Communication and Coordination: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and timely communication throughout. Collaborate with our team to coordinate decor logistics.
Client Satisfaction: Strive to exceed client expectations by delivering exceptional service at every touchpoint. Solicit feedback & reviews from couples post-event and liaise with the team to use these insights to enhance future experiences and offerings.
Documentation and Administration: Maintain detailed records of client interactions, contracts and details. Generate quotations, invoices and perform general administrative tasks such as diary & calender management, ordering, holiday logs and record keeping. Preparing letters and communication through our CRM for onboarding and ongoing throughout their journey with us.
Social media and Engagement: As part of enhancing client experiences and expanding our reach, you will also play a vital role in managing our social media presence. Collaborate with the owner and the team to curate engaging content for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Tick Tock and LinkedIn. Share captivating stories, behind-the-scenes glimpses, and client testimonials to showcase our expertise and foster a sense of community. Monitor social media channels for inquiries and feedback, responding promptly and professionally.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and has strong administrative skills.
Reporting directly to the Owner, our Client Relations Administrator will:
- Be a self starter with excellent organisation skills, have initiative and demonstrate strong administrative experience (3 years+)
- Be proactive and comfortable with forward planning, with a desire to take ownership of workload and outputs
- Have excellent computer skills, in particular with Office 365 (Excel, Word)
- Have an engaging approach, both in person and over the phone, ensuring a great client experience
- Show an understanding of Social Media and an ability to deliver creative and engaging posts from our own content across 4 platforms.
- Be keen to work in a busy environment and enjoy working in a small friendly team
