Client Relations Advisor

A highly regarded Stockport based property law firm is currently looking to recruit a Client Relations Advisor to provide outstanding customer service to the firm clients on a daily basis. 

You will be required to have excellent communication skills with prior customer service experience. Experience in conveyancing would be advantageous but not essential. 

The role is full time office based in Stockport. 

Duties include 

• Providing excellent customer service to clients via telephone and email 
• Assisting clients with enquiries relating to the conveyancing process 
• Updating clients on various stages of the property transactions 
• Updating the inhouse records of client interaction
